To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging (including any accessories, tags, and labels).
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Customized products, such as personalized shoes.
Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at [email@example.com] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
Ship Your Return: Send your return via a traceable shipping service to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange. We will send the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
